Ingredients for - Mediterranean Tilapia

1. Tilapia fillets - 2
2. Oil from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes - 1 tablespoon
3. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
4. Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped - 3 tablespoons
5. Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped - 2 tablespoons
6. Capers, drained - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Tilapia

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish; drizzle with oil and lemon juice.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes; don't overcook.

While the fish is cooking, mix sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and capers together.
