1. Tilapia fillets 2
2. Oil from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes 1 tablespoon
3. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
4. Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped 3 tablespoons
5. Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped 2 tablespoons
6. Capers, drained 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Tilapia

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place tilapia fillets in a baking dish; drizzle with oil and lemon juice.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes; don't overcook.

4 . Stage

While the fish is cooking, mix sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and capers together.

5 . Stage

Serve tilapia with sun-dried tomato mixture over top.
