1. Whole kernel corn, undrained - 2 (15.25 ounce) cans
2. Grated Cotija cheese - ¼ cup
3. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
4. Butter - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground red pepper to taste - 1 pinch
6. Lime juice, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
7. Cilantro for garnish - 1 sprig
