1. White onion, quartered - 1
2. Garlic - 4 cloves
3. Crushed tomatoes - 3 ¼ cups
4. Cilantro, chopped - ½ bunch
5. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried oregano, or to taste - 1 pinch
7. Dried parsley, or to taste - 1 pinch

Combine onion and garlic in a food processor; process until finely chopped.

Pour tomatoes into a bowl. Stir in chopped onion and garlic. Add cilantro, cumin, oregano, and parsley.
