1. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard -
2. 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar -
3. Salt -
4. Freshly cracked black pepper -
5. 1/4 c. vegetable of sunflower oil -
6. 1/4 c. hazelnut or walnut oil -

How to cook deliciously - Nut Oil Vinaigrette

1. Stage

In a bowl, mix the mustard and vinegar with some salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Gradually add in the oils one at a time, in a thin stream, whisking constantly, until emulsified. Check the seasoning.
