Ingredients for - Nut Oil Vinaigrette

1. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2. 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
3. Salt
4. Freshly cracked black pepper
5. 1/4 c. vegetable of sunflower oil
6. 1/4 c. hazelnut or walnut oil

How to cook deliciously - Nut Oil Vinaigrette

1 . Stage

In a bowl, mix the mustard and vinegar with some salt and pepper.

2 . Stage

Gradually add in the oils one at a time, in a thin stream, whisking constantly, until emulsified. Check the seasoning.
