7. Brown sugar, packed - 1 cup
8. Butter, softened - 2 tablespoons
9. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
10. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
11. Rolled oats - 1 ½ cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
