Ingredients for - Orange Pie I

1. White sugar - 1 cup
2. Unsweetened pineapple juice - 1 ½ cups
3. Eggs - 2
4. Orange flavored Jell-O® mix - 1 (3 ounce) package
5. Evaporated milk - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
6. Prepared graham cracker crust - 1 (9 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Orange Pie I

1. Stage

Chill evaporated milk.

2. Stage

Combine sugar, pineapple juice, and eggs in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook until mixture thickens. Stir in orange gelatin, and stir well until dissolved. Cool.

3. Stage

Whip evaporated milk, and mix into the cooled orange mixture. Pour filling into pie crust. Freeze until ready to eat.
