1. Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Mahi mahi fillets - 2 (4 ounce)
3. Fresh spinach leaves - 1 cup
4. Mushrooms, sliced - 4 medium
5. Green onions, chopped, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 3 cloves
7. Chopped fresh basil, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
8. Sea salt to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Hot cooked wild rice - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Pan-Fried Mahi Mahi with Mushrooms and Wild Rice

1. Stage

Heat oil on a griddle over medium heat. Add mahi mahi fillets to one side of the griddle and cook until it flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
