1. White sugar - 2 cups
2. Eggs, beaten - 4 large
3. Butter, melted - ½ cup
4. Yellow cornmeal - 1 tablespoon
5. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
8. Chopped pecans - 1 cup
9. Flaked coconut - 1 cup
10. Prepared pie crust - 1 (9 inch)

How to cook deliciously - PCP Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Beat sugar, eggs, butter, cornmeal, flour, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until smooth; add pineapple, pecans, and coconut and stir. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven until the center of the pie is nearly set, 50 to 60 minutes.
