Ingredients for - Peach Cake II

1. Egg, beaten - 3
2. White sugar - 1 ¾ cups
3. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
4. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
7. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
8. Fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced - 2 cups
9. Chopped pecans - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Peach Cake II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, peaches and pecans. Mix thoroughly by hand.

3. Stage

Pour into prepared 9x13 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes or until done.
