1. Cooking spray -
2. 1  (9.5-oz.) bag Fritos -
3. 1 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter -
4. 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup -
5. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
6. 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips -
7. 5 tbsp. hot heavy cream -

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Butter Frito Bars

1. Stage

Grease a 9"-by-13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour Fritos into prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.

2. Stage

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add peanut butter, corn syrup, and vanilla and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

3. Stage

Evenly pour peanut butter mixture over the Fritos in the baking dish. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

4. Stage

In a medium microwave safe bowl, heat cream just until simmering, about 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and immediately cover with a plate; let sit 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Drizzle chocolate over top of Fritos, then refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes more. 

5. Stage

Slice into bars and serve cold.
