3. Vanilla ice cream, softened ½ gallon
4. Instant pistachio pudding mix 2 (3 ounce) packages
5. Milk 1 ½ cups
6. Frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed 1 (12 ounce) container
7. Chocolate-covered toffee bits (such as Heath®), or to taste ¼ cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
