1. Water 5 ½ cups
2. Ditalini pasta 1 pound
3. Tomato sauce (such as Hunt's®) 4 (4 ounce) cans
4. Cannellini beans 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Kidney beans 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Black-eyed peas 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Frozen green peas 1 ½ cups
8. Whole kernel corn 1 (15.25 ounce) can
9. Potato, diced 1 large
10. Carrots, diced 2
11. Onion, diced 1
12. Head of garlic, peeled and minced 1 small
13. Chopped fresh parsley, or to taste 1 teaspoon
14. Italian seasoning 1 pinch
15. Salt and ground black pepper 1 pinch
16. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon
17. Grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Poor Man's Pasta Fagioli

1 . Stage

Bring water to a boil in a large soup pot and stir ditalini pasta into the boiling water. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir tomato sauce, cannellini beans, kidney beans, black-eyed peas, frozen green peas, corn, potato, carrots, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper into pasta. Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer to blend flavors, 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve topped with olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
