1. Butter - ½ cup
2. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
4. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
5. Milk - 4 cups
6. Cream-style corn - 2 (15 ounce) cans
7. Whole kernel corn - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Condensed cream of potato soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
9. Creole seasoning - ¼ teaspoon
10. Worcestershire sauce - ½ teaspoon
11. Pepper sauce - 1 dash
12. Salt to taste - 1 dash
13. Crawfish, peeled - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Crawfish and Corn Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large pot over low heat and stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly to make a light roux, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Add onions and cook until wilted. Pour in milk, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and cream of potato soup. Season with Creole seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, and salt. Stir to blend and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add crawfish and cook for 20 more minutes.
