1. Romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces 1 large head
2. Iceberg - rinsed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces 1 large head
3. Artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1 (14 ounce) can
4. Sliced red onion 1 cup
5. Diced pimento peppers, drained 1 (4 ounce) jar
6. Extra virgin olive oil ⅔ cup
7. Red wine vinegar ⅓ cup
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
10. Grated Parmesan cheese ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Restaurant-Style House Salad

1 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, red onions and pimentos. Toss together.

2 . Stage

Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese. Refrigerate until chilled and pour over salad to coat. Toss and serve.
