1. Romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces - 1 large head
2. Iceberg - rinsed, dried and torn into bite sized pieces - 1 large head
3. Artichoke hearts, drained and quartered - 1 (14 ounce) can
4. Sliced red onion - 1 cup
5. Diced pimento peppers, drained - 1 (4 ounce) jar
6. Extra virgin olive oil - ⅔ cup
7. Red wine vinegar - ⅓ cup
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅔ cup

How to cook deliciously - Restaurant-Style House Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, artichoke hearts, red onions and pimentos. Toss together.

2. Stage

Prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and cheese. Refrigerate until chilled and pour over salad to coat. Toss and serve.
