1. Thinly sliced rhubarb - ¼ cup
2. Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
3. Gin - 3 ounces
4. Lemon-flavored seltzer water - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can

1. Stage

Muddle rhubarb and brown sugar in a mixing glass until crushed.

2. Stage

Add gin and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with seltzer.
