1. Thinly sliced rhubarb ¼ cup
2. Brown sugar 1 teaspoon
3. Gin 3 ounces
4. Lemon-flavored seltzer water 1 (12 fluid ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Rhubarb Collins

1 . Stage

Muddle rhubarb and brown sugar in a mixing glass until crushed.

2 . Stage

Add gin and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with seltzer.
