How to cook deliciously - Belgian rice porridge
1. Stage
Rinse the rice, bring the milk to a boil, add rice, regular sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a minimum, cook under the lid for about 40 minutes.

Add saffron, mix and turn off the heat.

Arrange the hot porridge on plates and immediately sprinkle with brown sugar.
