7. Additional confectioners' sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Rum Balls

1. Stage

In a large bowl, mix the confectioners' sugar and cocoa until well blended. Add the crushed wafers and walnuts, tossing to combine.

2. Stage

In small bowl, mix the corn syrup and rum, then stir this mixture into the wafer mixture until fully combined.

3. Stage

Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
