Salad with shrimp Exotica

1 . Stage

Defrost the shrimp, pat dry with paper towel, and sprinkle with a teaspoon of lemon juice (I use boiled and peeled shrimp for the salad)

Shred the cabbage.

3 . Stage

Cut the celery into julienne strips.

4 . Stage

The apple is also cut into sticks and immediately sprinkled with a spoonful of lemon juice, so that it does not darken. It is better to take a sour variety of apple.

5 . Stage

Pineapples (I have washers, 6 pieces) soak with paper towel (we do not need the extra liquid) and cut into slices.

6 . Stage

In a bowl mix yogurt (or low-fat sour cream), lemon juice, mustard, Tabasco sauce (or any other hot sauce). Season with salt and pepper.

7 . Stage

Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix gently and dress with the dressing.
