2. Dry bread crumbs - ½ cup
3. Minced onion - 2 tablespoons
4. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
5. Egg, lightly beaten - 1 large
6. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
7. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
9. Light sour cream - ¼ cup
10. Dill weed - 1 teaspoon
11. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
12. Sea salt to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Patties with Dill Sauce

1. Stage

Make the patties: Mix salmon, bread crumbs, onion, Dijon, egg, and lemon juice together in a bowl. Form into two patties.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and season with salt and pepper; cook until lightly browned on the bottom, about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the sauce: Mix sour cream, dill, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl.

Flip patties, season again with salt and pepper, and continue to cook until the other side is lightly browned, about 4 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Serve with sauce.
