1. 1 pound bulk pork sausage -
2. 1 medium onion, chopped -
3. 2 medium carrots, grated -
4. 1 medium green pepper, chopped -
5. 3 cups diced cooked potatoes -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Sausage Hash

1. Stage

In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until it's no longer pink, then drain away any excess oil.

2. Stage

Add the onion, carrots and green pepper, and cook until they're tender. Stir in the diced cooked potatoes, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, and cook and stir until the potatoes are lightly browned and heated through, about 20 minutes.
