1. 1/2 c. sliced almonds -
2. 1 small celery root -
3. 1 small golden beet -
4. 1 small red onion -
5. 2 medium carrots -
6. 6 radishes -
7. 1 clove garlic -
8. 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice -
9. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
10. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
11. 2 tbsp. chopped dill -
12. Salt -
13. Freshly ground pepper -
14. 6 oz. feta cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Shaved-Vegetable Salad

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread the almonds in a pie plate and toast until golden, about 7 minutes. Let cool.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the celery root, beet, onion, carrots, and radishes. In a small bowl, whisk the garlic with the lemon juice, oil, and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
