1. Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 2 (6.5 ounce) jars
2. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) package
3. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
4. Fat-free sour cream - 1 cup
5. Shredded Romano cheese - 1 cup
6. Shredded Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
7. Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped - ¼ cup
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
9. Lemon juice - ½ teaspoon
10. Coarsely crushed garlic croutons - ½ cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, roasted peppers, garlic, and lemon juice together in a baking dish and top with croutons.
