3. Firmly packed light brown sugar - ½ cup
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Ground nutmeg - ¾ teaspoon
6. Canned pumpkin - 1 cup
7. Water - 6 cups
8. Fat-free half-and-half - 1 cup
9. Raisins - 1 cup
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
11. Firmly packed light brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
12. Firmly packed light brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
13. Chopped walnuts - 5 tablespoons
14. Chopped walnuts - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pumpkin Oatmeal

1. Stage

Spray a small slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Mix oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin. Stir in water and half-and-half gradually. Stir in raisins and vanilla extract.

3. Stage

Ladle oat mixture into the slow cooker. Cook on Low until oats are soft and creamy, 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours.

4. Stage

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon walnuts over oatmeal.
