Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Spanish Rice

1. Ground beef or chuck - 2 pounds
2. Whole peeled tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
3. Green bell peppers, chopped - 2
4. Water - 1 cup
5. Tomato sauce - 1 (8 ounce) can
6. Onions, chopped - 2
7. Uncooked converted rice - 1 cup
8. Salt - 2 ½ teaspoons
9. Chili powder - 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Spanish Rice

1. Stage

Place ground beef in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Transfer beef to a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Combine tomatoes, green pepper, water, tomato sauce, onions, rice, salt, chili powder, and Worcestershire Sauce in the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly.

3. Stage

Cover and cook until rice is tender, on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 3 to 5 hours.
