1. Ground beef or chuck 2 pounds
2. Whole peeled tomatoes 1 (28 ounce) can
3. Green bell peppers, chopped 2
4. Water 1 cup
5. Tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce) can
6. Onions, chopped 2
7. Uncooked converted rice 1 cup
8. Salt 2 ½ teaspoons
9. Chili powder 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Spanish Rice

1 . Stage

Place ground beef in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Transfer beef to a slow cooker.

2 . Stage

Combine tomatoes, green pepper, water, tomato sauce, onions, rice, salt, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce in the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly.

3 . Stage

Cover and cook until rice is tender, on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 3 to 5 hours.
