How to cook deliciously - Snack cake made from chicken aspic
1. Stage
Pour water over the chicken, salt and cook until tender. I have 2 chicken thighs in the photo, for the recipe I used one. You can take optional chicken breast (about 200 gr).

Let the chicken meat cool, cut it into fillets and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley greens.
3. Stage
We strain the cooled broth and pour it approximately equally into three bowls. Put 10 grams of gelatin in each one. Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.

Next, in one bowl of broth and gelatin put mayonnaise, mix well. I used a whisk.

In another bowl put the ketchup, also mix well. Leave the third bowl.
6. Stage
Take muffin molds, I have silicone ones. Pour about 1 cm of liquid. One half poured with mayonnaise, the other half with ketchup. Put in the fridge to set. Depending on the strength of your gelatin, this may take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour.

When the gelatin has set, take out the molds, put the chopped chicken fillet, sprinkle with herbs and pour the chicken broth with gelatin, so that it covers the chicken. Again we put in the fridge for hardening.
8. Stage
Next, we take out the molds. In those molds, where there was a bottom layer with ketchup, pour the solution with mayonnaise, and in those where there was mayonnaise, pour with ketchup. And again we put in the refrigerator for complete solidification.
9. Stage
Until serving, keep the cakes in the refrigerator, preferably in molds. Then take them out, they "flew out" of the molds without any problems. Happy New Year!!!
