Ingredients for - Sweet and Sour Hot Ham Sandwiches

1. Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray -
2. Thinly sliced deli-style smoked ham, quartered - 1 pound
3. Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Yellow onions, cut into very thin wedges - ½ large
5. Chopped green pepper - ¾ cup
6. Crosse & Blackwell® Premium Ham Glaze - 1 (10 ounce) jar
7. Crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained - 1 (8.25 ounce) can
8. Firmly packed brown sugar - ⅓ cup
9. White vinegar - 2 tablespoons
10. Kaiser rolls* - 6

How to cook deliciously - Sweet and Sour Hot Ham Sandwiches

1. Stage

Coat large skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Saute ham, 1/3 at a time, 15 seconds or until ham is lightly browned. Remove from skillet and place in large bowl.

2. Stage

Heat oil in same skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and green pepper; saute 7 minutes or until tender.

3. Stage

Stir in ham glaze, undrained pineapple, brown sugar and vinegar. Heat through. Pour over ham in bowl; toss to coat. Serve on rolls.
