1. Vegetable broth - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
2. Peeled and cubed sweet potatoes - 4 cups
3. Reduced-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Mild picante sauce - 1 cup
5. Roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped - 1 (12 ounce) jar
6. Chopped cilantro - ¼ cup
7. Smoked paprika - 1 tablespoon
8. Limes, juiced - 2 medium

Combine vegetable broth and sweet potatoes in a pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook until sweet potatoes are softened, about 7 minutes.
