2. Peeled and cubed sweet potatoes 4 cups
3. Reduced-sodium black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Mild picante sauce 1 cup
5. Roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped 1 (12 ounce) jar
6. Chopped cilantro ¼ cup
7. Smoked paprika 1 tablespoon
8. Limes, juiced 2 medium

Combine vegetable broth and sweet potatoes in a pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook until sweet potatoes are softened, about 7 minutes.
