Ingredients for - Taco Bake with Cauliflower Veggie Tots

1. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
2. Ortega® Taco Seasoning Mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
3. Chopped tomato - 1 cup
4. Frozen corn, thawed and drained - 1 cup
5. Sliced pitted ripe olives (Optional) - ½ cup
6. Shredded Mexican blend cheese - 1 cup
7. Green Giant™ Cauliflower Veggie Tots - 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Taco Bake with Cauliflower Veggie Tots

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Stage

Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water and simmer 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Turn ground beef mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with tomato, corn, olives then cheese. Evenly arrange Green Giant® Cauliflower Veggie Tots™ over mixture.

4. Stage

Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling and tots are golden brown.

5. Stage

Garnish with additional tomato, olives, cheese and green onion if desired.
