1 . Stage
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead and wrap in cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2 . Stage
Lightly flour the board and roll out the dough thinly. Cut out circles to the size of the tartlets. Line the molds with the dough, forming a rim. Prick several times with a fork. Turn oven to 180g. We will bake on a "blind". To do this, cover the dough with paper and fill with dry beans.
3 . Stage
Bake on "blind" for 10 minutes. Take out the tartlets, remove the beans and paper. Bake for another 15 minutes. These are the results.
4 . Stage
Stir the juice, sugar and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Whisk the eggs and thinly pour them into the hot mass, stirring all the time. Place on fire and simmer on low heat until boring. I did not like the color of the cream and added red food coloring. Remove from the heat and cool.
5 . Stage
Fill the tartlets with cream. Decorate with berries! You can put the kettle on! And invite friends!
