Ingredients for - Thai Green Mango Salad

1. Green mangoes - peeled, pitted, and cut into matchsticks - 4
2. Red onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
3. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 medium
4. Chopped mint - ¼ cup
5. Cilantro, chopped - ¼ cup
6. Thai chile (bird's eye) pepper, seeded and sliced - 1
7. Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Dry roasted peanuts - ½ cup
10. Lime juice - 1 squeeze

How to cook deliciously - Thai Green Mango Salad

1. Stage

Mix mangoes, red onion, bell pepper, mint, cilantro, and chile pepper together in a bowl.

2. Stage

Mix fish sauce and sugar together in a bowl until dissolved. Pour dressing over salad. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

3. Stage

Top with peanuts and lime juice just before serving.
