Ingredients for - Tiny Mint Chicken Burgers

1. 1 lb. ground chicken or turkey -
2. 1 small red onion or yellow onion or green onions -
3. 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger -
4. 1/2 c. Chopped fresh mint -
5. 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro (including stems) -
6. 1 large egg -
7. 1 or 2 small green Thai chilies -
8. 1/2 tsp. salt -
9. 1 tsp. olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Tiny Mint Chicken Burgers

1. Stage

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape by 1/3 cupfuls into 2 1/2-inch round patties.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Fry patties until browned and cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes, turning once (take care not to char outside of patties before insides are cooked).
