1. Silken soft tofu, drained - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Unsweetened soy milk - 1 cup
3. White sugar, or to taste - 1 cup
4. Green tea powder (matcha) - ¼ cup
5. Canola oil - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Blend tofu in a blender or food processor until smooth; add soy milk, sugar, green tea powder, and canola oil and blend until combined.
