Ingredients for - Toscana Soup

1. Spicy pork sausage, sliced 12 links
2. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
3. Diced onion ¾ cup
4. Minced garlic 1 ¼ teaspoons
5. Chicken soup base 2 tablespoons
6. Water 4 cups
7. Potatoes, halved and sliced 2
8. Sliced kale 2 cups
9. Heavy cream ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Toscana Soup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place sausage links on a baking sheet and bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.

3 . Stage

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent; add garlic and cook 1 minute.

4 . Stage

Stir in broth, water and potatoes; simmer 15 minutes.

5 . Stage

Reduce heat to low and add sausage, kale and cream; simmer until heated through and serve.
