Ingredients for - Tropical Curry Chicken Salad

1. Cubed, cooked chicken - 2 cups
2. Chopped celery - 1 cup
3. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
4. Curry powder, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
5. Pineapple chunks, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
6. Mandarin oranges, drained - 1 (11 ounce) can
7. Firm bananas. sliced - 2 large
8. Sweetened flaked coconut - ½ cup
9. Salted peanuts - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tropical Curry Chicken Salad

1. Stage

Place chicken and celery into a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and curry powder in another bowl; add to chicken mixture and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Add pineapple, oranges, bananas, and coconut before serving; toss gently. Sprinkle with peanuts.
