1. Light mayonnaise ½ cup
2. Lime juice 2 teaspoons
3. Finely chopped, seeded fresh jalapeno pepper, or more to taste 1 tablespoon
4. Water-packed, chunk light tuna, drained 1 (6 ounce) can
5. Flour tortillas 6 (7 inch)
6. Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce 2 cups
7. Shredded Mexican blend cheese ½ cup
8. Plum tomato, seeded and diced, or more to taste 1
9. Avocado, diced (Optional) 1
10. Green onion, diced (Optional) 1
11. Chopped fresh cilantro (Optional) 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Salad Wraps

1 . Stage

Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in tuna.

2 . Stage

Spread tuna mixture to within 1/4 inch of the edge of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, cheese, and tomato; press lightly to flatten a bit. Top with avocado, green onion, and cilantro. Roll up each tortilla tightly or fold in half. Serve immediately.
