1. Cooked turkey, diced - 2 cups
2. Soy sauce, divided - 4 ½ teaspoons
3. UNCLE BEN'S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice - 1 ½ cups
4. Salt, divided - ½ teaspoon
5. Chicken broth, divided - 3 cups
6. Water - 1 cup
7. Baby spinach, torn into bite-size pieces - 4 cups
8. Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch
9. Toasted sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Toasted sesame seeds (Optional) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Turkey and Spinach Rice Bowl

1. Stage

Combine turkey and soy sauce in small bowl.

2. Stage

Prepare rice as directed on package, using 2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup water.

3. Stage

Stir spinach, green onions, and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce into rice, along with remaining 1 cup of broth. Add turkey and soy sauce mixture; stir gently to combine.

4. Stage

Divide rice mixture among 6 bowls; drizzle each with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
