Ingredients for - Turkey Stock

1. Turkey carcass - 1
2. Onions, coarsely chopped - 3
3. Carrots, coarsely chopped - 1 pound
4. Celery, coarsely chopped - 1 bunch
5. Green bell pepper, coarsely chopped - 1
6. Garlic - 3 cloves
7. Chicken bouillon - 4 cubes
8. Whole black peppercorns, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Bay leaves - 3
10. Water to cover - 3

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Stock

1. Stage

Combine turkey carcass, onions, carrots, celery, green bell pepper, garlic, chicken bouillon cubes, peppercorns, and bay leaves in a stockpot; pour in enough water to cover. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until flavors blend, about 1 hour. Remove stockpot from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Strain stock through a cheesecloth and discard solids.
