Ingredients for - Turkey Taco Salad

1. Extra-lean ground turkey breast - 1 pound
2. Iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped - 1 head
3. Green onions, chopped - 6
4. Kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
6. Diced dill pickles - ½ cup
7. Sliced black olives - ½ cup
8. Fat-free mayonnaise - 2 cups
9. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
10. White wine vinegar - 1 teaspoon
11. Taco sauce - ¾ cup
12. Low-fat baked tortilla chips - 1 (14.5 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Taco Salad

1. Stage

Place turkey in a large deep skillet, season with garlic salt and cook over medium high heat until fully cooked. Crumble and set aside to cool.

2. Stage

Mix together the turkey, lettuce, green onions, kidney beans, cheese, pickles and olives.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar and taco sauce.

4. Stage

Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate. Before serving, mix in 2 cups broken tortilla chips. Garnish with whole chips and serve.
