Ingredients for - Vegan Macaroni Salad

1. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni -
2. 1 cup vegan mayonnaise -
3. 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish -
4. 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard -
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
7. 1 celery rib, chopped -
8. 1 small carrot, chopped -
9. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
10. Dash paprika -

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Macaroni Salad

1. Stage

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Cool completely.

2. Stage

For dressing, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, celery, carrot and onion. Add dressing and toss gently to coat.

3. Stage

Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with paprika.
