1. 2 pounds fresh broccoli florets, cauliflowerets or sliced carrots -
2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise -
3. 1/3 cup 2% milk -
4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
5. 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese -
6. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -
7. 2 teaspoons prepared mustard -
8. Salt and pepper to taste -

How to cook deliciously - Vegetables with Mustard Sauce

1. Stage

Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring every 30 seconds. Drain broccoli. Serve with sauce.
