How to cook deliciously - White Chocolate Chex Mix

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the Cheerios, Corn Chex, peanuts, M&M's and mini pretzels, then set aside. Editor's Tip: This is a good time to line three baking trays with waxed paper or parchment.

Heat the white baking chips and oil at 70% power in a microwave-safe bowl for one minute, stirring once. Microwave on high for five seconds and stir until smooth. Editor's Tip: Be careful not to overheat the baking chips. Like any other melted chocolate, they can seize up and get grainy if cooked too long.

Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture. Mix well. Spread onto the waxed paper-lined baking sheets and let cool.
