1. Chopped boneless chicken breast - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Taco seasoning - 1 (1 ounce) packet
4. Salsa - 1 cup
5. Onion, diced - 1 large
6. Green bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
7. Fresh cilantro, stems removed and leaves chopped - 1 bunch
8. Shredded Mexican-blend cheese - 1 cup
9. Flour tortillas, warmed - 4 (8 inch)

How to cook deliciously - 30-Minute Chicken Enchilada Skillet

1. Stage

Put chicken in a skillet over medium heat with oil and 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Add salsa, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and remaining taco seasoning. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 5 minutes. Put shredded cheese on top.

Serve in tortillas.
