1. Chopped boneless chicken breast 1 pound
2. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
3. Taco seasoning 1 (1 ounce) packet
4. Salsa 1 cup
5. Onion, diced 1 large
6. Green bell pepper, diced 1 medium
7. Fresh cilantro, stems removed and leaves chopped 1 bunch
8. Shredded Mexican-blend cheese 1 cup
9. Flour tortillas, warmed 4 (8 inch)

How to cook deliciously - 30-Minute Chicken Enchilada Skillet

1 . Stage

Put chicken in a skillet over medium heat with oil and 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Cook and stir for about 10 minutes.

2 . Stage

Add salsa, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and remaining taco seasoning. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for another 5 minutes. Put shredded cheese on top.

Serve in tortillas.
