1. Bay scallops, rinsed and patted dry ½ pound
2. Asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces 8 spears
3. Mushrooms, sliced 4 medium
4. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon-pepper seasoning 1 teaspoon
6. Parsley flakes 1 teaspoon
7. Ground paprika ½ teaspoon
8. Lemon 2 wedges

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Bay Scallops, Asparagus, and Mushrooms

1 . Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Add scallops, asparagus, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon-pepper seasoning, parsley, and paprika to a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
