How to cook deliciously - An appetizer with sprats and fresh cucumber
1. Stage
Grate boiled egg, potatoes and cheese on a fine grater. Chop the dill.
2. Stage
Add a little salt (if desired), ground pepper, crushed garlic and dress with mayonnaise.
3. Stage
Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into thin slices. Use a teaspoon to place the filling on the edge of the cucumber strips. Place one fish on top of the stuffing. Sprats should preferably be of small size. If the fish is too large, you can cut them off.
4. Stage
Gently roll up and fasten with a skewer. Decorate with greens.
