2. Potatoes, cut into small rectangles 2
3. Shredded carrots 1 cup
4. Nopalitos cactus, drained 2 ½ (15 ounce) jars
5. Chili powder 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
7. Fenugreek seeds 2 teaspoons
8. Ground coriander 2 teaspoons
9. Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
10. Pinto beans 1 (15 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Arizona Cactus and Beans

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and carrots; cook and stir until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
