1. Sweet potato - 1 medium
2. Carrots, peeled - 3 medium
3. Apple, peeled and cored - 1 medium
4. Sweet onion - ½ medium
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 2 (5 ounce)
6. Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
7. Dried cranberries - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
