2. Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
3. Honey - 1 ½ tablespoons
4. Dry bread crumbs - ¼ cup
5. Finely chopped pecans - ¼ cup
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 4 teaspoons
7. Salmon - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
9. Lemon, for garnish - 1

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
