1. 3 pounds halibut steaks (1 inch thick) -
2. 1 cup sour cream -
3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -
4. 1/4 cup butter, softened -
5. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
8. Paprika -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Halibut

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. Place halibut in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine sour cream, cheese, butter, dill, salt and pepper; spoon over halibut.

2. Stage

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with paprika. Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
