1. 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs, divided -
2. 1/3 cup finely chopped onion -
3. 2 teaspoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce -
4. 2 teaspoons A.1. steak sauce -
5. 1 garlic clove, minced -
6. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil -
7. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano -
8. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
10. 1 pound extra-lean ground turkey -
11. 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil -
12. Sauce: -
13. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
14. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour -
15. 1-1/2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth -
16. 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce -
17. 1 tablespoon A.1. steak sauce -
18. 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained -

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Salisbury Steaks

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, garlic and seasonings. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick oval patties. Place remaining bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Press patties into crumbs, patting to help coating adhere.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1-1/2 teaspoons oil over medium heat. Add patties; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°. Remove from pan.

3. Stage

In same pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in broth, Worcestershire sauce and steak sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in mushrooms. Return patties to pan. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
