1. Dry penne pasta - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
3. Mild Italian sausage - 1 pound
4. Chopped onion - 1 cup
5. White wine - ½ cup
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Diced tomatoes with garlic - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
9. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.
